Terms & Conditions for PIO/FAA Registration

This page is for the registration of PIO (Public Information Officer) and FAA (First Appellate Authority).
Before proceeding with the registration, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Office Information
    • The registration form must be filled with correct office details including Department, District, Block, Panchayat, and Office Name.
    • If the office name is not available in the list, it should be entered manually.
  2. Personal & Contact Information
    • Accurate personal details such as Full Name and Designation must be provided.
    • A valid Mobile Number and Email ID are required for communication and system notifications.
    • Either the Mobile Number or Email ID will be verified during the registration process.
    • System notifications and updates will be sent to the registered Mobile Number and/or Email ID.
  3. Authenticity of Information
    • All information entered in the registration form must be true, complete, and accurate.
    • Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of the registration.
  4. Responsibility & Approval
    • The applicant is responsible for ensuring the correctness of the details submitted.
    • Registration requests will be subject to review and approval by the Department Admin.
